Grouping Values in New Columns based on Other Column

I have an extract of Learning Assignments, listed by emails.

This is an example of what the data looks like:

I'm trying to group the data by the email, and have an individual column for the learning assigned, but not by the value - just by the count of learning assignments, and in no particular order:
