Getting combined data with comma seperation in data set

Hello falks, 

I have a data set which specifies in which position a specific welder is qualified. Now there may be the case that welder is qualified in multiple positions. see below snapshot. Here, Welder BV11 is qualified for two positions.

If such case is there then it shall be shown with coma seperater inone raw as per below snapshot (Welder BV11). Is there any way to do so?

I got my answer while doing some tricks. If anyone wants to know how to do it, they can contact me. Now this thread can be considered as closed.
