Getting Data from the Power BI report pack

Hi,

   I've  downloaded the Power BI Report pack from here; https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/office/Online-Power-BI-Report-abcb3c3 and am trying to follow an instruction to extact the files. HOwever, I don't see an option to extract files, only open the report module in the PowerBi Desktop. 

The instruction I'm following says "Download the Power BI report pack zip file and extract it to a folder".

Is this  https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/office/Online-Power-BI-Report-abcb3c3   where I get the Power Bi report pack zip file?
