Get data from SQL database
I try to get date from sql and I got that information Slawek
I am having the same issue. I'm using windows authentication for a locally installed SSMS, and connection to the same SQL instance is no issue there. When I attempt to Get Data in PowerBI using windows authentication for the same server and SQL instance, I get this error: Details: "An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'System.IO.FileLoadException'"
Does anyone have other ideas?
I was having the same issue, I just got to load the database after I run PowerBI as a different user (the same I as using at SQL). After that, it worked.
It should work at PowerBI using the second option, but Idk why, only worked that way.
