Get Right of Second - (dash)

I am pulling in data from a JSON source, and one the fields that is imported looks something like such:   Number - Location - Description   And I need to put into a new column, just that Descript...

    Hi ptmuldoon ,
    yes, check that column and then add a new column like so:

     then:

    I would choose the option "From the end of the input",
    but you can also start from the beginning and then skip as many delimiters as you need.
