Full load and storage

Currently, the data source for my reports are APIs requested via URL as it follows:
/ROUTINE/ENDPOINT_EXAMPLE?key=[API-KEY]&startDate=YYYY-MM-DD&endDate=YYYY-MM-DD&lastUpdateTime=YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss

Previous experiences with incremental refresh turned out to not work properly for me so I discarded approaches to it. I'm looking for a way to avoid full load from the data source considering that the "last update time" parameter filter the records that were modified after the timestamp given (it can be used to query only the records that were added or modified after the date, which would be the most recent date).

Please elaborate.  Note that Incremental Refresh requires RangeStart and RangeEnd datetime parameters.

Note also that you must use RelativePath and Query components in your Web.Contents call if you want to have a successful service refresh.
