Freshdesk x Radiare integration w/ Power BI
Hello all,
I am not able to connect on Power BI the API Key that I've got after provide my Freshdesk Credentials on this website: https://radiarefreshdesk.westus2.cloudapp.azure.com/support-desk/freshdesk/index.php#step-1
After filled and connect well through link above, I've got an email from Radiare provide me the API Key to connect it.
I've tried on Power BI the option: "Get Data" / "Web" / URL: https://radiarefreshdesk.westus2.cloudapp.azure.com
To access I've tried: "Basic" / "User Name" (put the API Key provided) with no password.
After that, got "Access to the resource is forbidden" message.
Thanks in advance!
Anderson
The Support Team from Radiare reply me through email.
They got the API Key that I provided and shared w/ me the Dashboard. Brilliant work, BTW.

aanderquikk,
Based on Freshdesk REST API article, you can use Basic Access Authorization and you can pass the "username:password" (or "APIkey:X") as an "Authorization" header in Power BI.
Add a new blank query in Power BI Desktop, then paste the following code in Advanced Editor. There is a similar thread for your reference.let Source = Json.Document(Web.Contents("yoururl", [Headers = [#"Content-Type"="application/json", #"Authorization"="Basic <your_access_token>"]])) in Source
Besides, you can install Freshdesk apps to view report in Power BI.
