Filter Line number by PO number

Hi I need help to remove duplicate line number by each PO number or else if I can count the last duplicated value if line number and PO number is same.

As you can see below that i have duplications in line number for PO-000001

    First select column PO Number, then select column LINENUMBER.

    Home menu - Remove Rows - Remove Duplicates
