Failed to save modifications to the server. Error returned: 'OLE DB or ODBC error: Type mismatch.

I have never seen this issue & I have used this data source on other projects. The data source is an SQL Table.

"Failed to save modifications to the server. Error returned: 'OLE DB or ODBC error: Type mismatch. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80020005 (DISP_E_TYPEMISMATCH)). '."

The table loads in the Query Editor but when trying to close and apply I get the above message.
