Facebook Fan Page

Hi Everyone,

 

I need to extract the data from my Company's Facebook Fan Page in order to create some analysis regarding posts, likes, engagement, etc.

 

It is not a regular or personal Facebook account, rather is my VP's Fan Page.

 

This is the error I'm getting, does anybody know a fix for this?

    Hi Anonymous , 

    In official document, you need to use a personal Facebook account to access data, so I think you need to try this account.

      Hi, What do you mean "try this account"? I'm not sure I'm following.

    Hi, looks like you need to be an owner/administrator of the company's page or at least get his email/password. If that does not work, you may try to import your facebook data into windsor.ai account. And access the data with Power BI.
