How to extract all the files (.xls) in the folder which are not same format into different queries (not combined) as headers are different.
but can able to work on the sample file to say keep first 2 rows applicable to all the files.

I don't think this is possible. One query returns one table. You can't split one query into an indefinite number of queries automatically, as far as I'm aware.
@AlexisOlson Thank you. I am sure there someone sought it as one can clean data for all the files of the folder at one go.
