Extract unique value into different files in a folder on desktop.

I have created a data processing using Power Query on a file acquired from an external source. I need to update the query with a new source file every day. The final result in the Excel file is a customized processing of the source files. How can I set it up so that the final sheet automatically splits into a folder on the desktop, filtering all unique values in column G? Also, how can I set it up so that when I press "update all", as soon as a new source file is defined, the pivot created with the final Power Pivot sheet also updates?
