Expression.Error: Access to the resource is forbidden.

I'm trying to connect to the following url (I had previously built a fully functional web scrape), but now the following sources return Expression Errors, saying "Access to the resource is forbidden"...

You can try checking the option Use my default web browser from Options and settings > Security.

Hi - I ticked this a while ago but in the query preview it is still pulling in data as though the website thinks I am accessing it via Internet Explorer:

 

 

Is there anything else I need to do on top of this? Any way for the ticked checked box update to actually register with the existing query? I've closed and re-opened Power BI several times but still get this when I "refresh preview". When I "close and load", should it then be different?
