Expected Token RightParen

Good Morning,

Im stuck again and if anybody has a hint for me, it would be much appreciated.

In Power Querry Im Trying to do a new column for my client.

It should have the first two letters of the land and if the land is DE it should have a dash and the first two digits of the Postal code (PLZ). This is what I tried:

each if [LAND] = "DE" then Text.Combine({Text.Start([Land],2),"-",Text.Start([PLZ],2)}) else Text.Start([Land],2)

But I always get:
Expression.SyntaxError: Erwartetes Token: RightParen.

"Expected Token Right Paren"

Didnt find much about it on the Internet and hope someone here knows what Im doing wrong.

ok I found the error, I wrote the first "Land" in all uppercase.

Formula still doesn't work, I get the Land correctly, but I dont get the dash and the postal code.
