Hi @Mya2015

Thank you for reaching out! Based on the screenshot you provided, we understand that you are experiencing an issue with Excel Power Query.

For Excel-specific Power Query issues like the one you're describing, we recommend reaching out to the Excel or Office community forums, where experts in those tools can provide specialized assistance.

If you encounter any challenges in Power BI or Fabric, feel free to return here, and we’ll be happy to help!

Don't forget to give a thumbs-up to any answers that have helped you along the way.

Thank you for the information. I had reach out with office community, they prefer the power bi community.

Hi @Mya2015 ,

Thank you for providing additional details. Based on your explanation, the issue appears to be related to Excel's Power Query functionality rather than Power BI. While we primarily handle Power BI-related concerns, we want to ensure you're guided to the appropriate resources for resolution.

Hello @Mya2015 ,

Please follow the below steps..

1. Check the Display Settings

  1. Full-Screen Mode: Ensure Power BI is not in full-screen mode, which may cause the window to be too large for your screen and hide some UI elements.
  2. Zoom Settings: Check the zoom settings in Power BI. If it's set too high or low, it might cause display issues.

2. Clear Cache

Sometimes, cached data can cause Power BI to behave unexpectedly. Try clearing the cache:

  1. Go to File > Options and Settings > Options.
  2. Under Global > Data Load, click on Clear Cache.

If you find this helpful , please mark it as solution which will be helpful for others and Your Kudos/Likes 👍 are much appreciated!

Thank You
