Excel data connector to access powerbi dataset

Hi

I am not really sure if the question shall be asked here or in Excel forum
but , it is related to PowerBI & PowerQuery

All this while, PowerQuery access excel files for data source

However, I just found out that excel dan acees PowerBI dataset

Unfortunately, I wonder what is the setting required
coz I can only see 2 of my datasets, while the rest is not visible in the excel

Hopw someone can give guidance
been searching around, but no info

And @PakAli , during my own testing I realized that the semantic model displayed here is not complete and some of it is missing, probably due to caching. You may need to manually enter the name of the semantic model you want to link to in the search bar to display it properly.

But if you still can't find the semantic model you need by searching for it, then first of all, as lbendlin said, you have correctly configured the connection and verified the credentials for these semantic models. At the same time, it is also possible that you lack certain permissions, for example, the semantic model uses some kind of sensitivity tags that you do not have the right to view, or you do not have enough permissions to a certain workspace, and so on. The specific limitations of the official document you can check to find out for yourself:
