Excel: Couldn't refresh the workbook because your on-premises gateway is offline

Hi,

during manual refresh I receive the error message. The data is stored in an on prem SQL Server. 

I've installed the Personal Gateway without any problems and I've a Pro account.

 

I created an Excel accessing the SQL Server and Azure Data Marketplace. I'm able to upload the file as file and it is possible to refresh the excel dataset.

Then I put the same file (changed the name) on OneDrive Business. I like to use the Excel Online feature. No the refresh doesn't work.

 

Any ideas
