Creating this as a new post to get inputs from community experts, although this is highlighted as part of below thread and I have just submitted an Issue thread.
It is noticed that Excel Connector in Power Query is starting to fail loading the last column of excel file created by Business Objects platform 4.3. This is primarily happening when we update the Business Objects platform to 4.3 Support Pack 3 Patch 1 Version : 14.3.3.4496.1
Note that the excel file created by the Business Object platform (both prior to above patch update and after the patch update) continue to have the column that fails to load thru the Power Query Excel connector. The trouble shooting is pointing to the Excel Connector not detecting the End of Line in the excel files created after the patch update and if any dummy column is added manually to these files, the required column also gets loaded properly in Power Query.

Thanks in Advance !
Update on above:
Found a SAP Note (3336825 - Excel output generated by Web Intelligence is not working properly in PowerBI - SAP for Me) that implies SAP confirming this to be their product bug. A case has been opened with them too for the resolution, including the steps mentioned in this note.
@Anonymous - Since you also face this issue, you may want to check this SAP note.
