Evitar sumatoria de segmentación de datos
Cordial saludo
Acudo a ustedes para solicitar información correspondiente a la sumatoria automatica de datos que genera Power BI, cuando se agrega la herramienta de segmentación de datos.
Como puede evidenciarse en la siguiente imagen, los datos corresponden al despacho regional.
Sin embargo, cuando NO selecciono alguno de los centros que se encuentran ubicados en la segmentación de datos, el grafico realiza una sumatoria de todos los valores de todos los centros. Como se demuestra en la siguiente imagen
Como puede evidenciarse, los porcentajes superan el 100% y los valores monetarios son muy altos.
Solicito su amable colaboración para que por favor me ayuden a evitar que esta sumatoria se genere cuando dejo de seleccionar un centro en la segmentación de datos.
Quedo pendiente a su pronta respuesta y agradezco de antemano su ayuda.

It looks as though you have data in your fact table(s) that doesn't correspond to any of the four values you have in your page slicer. Therefore, when no value is selected in the slicer, you are getting an unfiltered page and far more data than you are expecting.
The first thing I would try is to drag the column that you're using for your slicer into the Page-Level filter area on the Filters pane, then select only the four values that you have in your slicer. This will limit the data to only those four values even when nothing is selected in the slicer.
If this doesn't work, then you've probably got an issue with how you're calculating the measures for your visuals. In this case I'll need more information about your model and the measure calculations.
