Error with PowerBI Enterprise Gateway

We're etting an error on the Enterprise Gateway

The following exception occured while the managed iDbconnection interface was being used the keyword isn't supported: Version

The gateway is pointing at an .Xlsx on the Desktop. WE know the conenction is good becuase 'Test connection' says so.

The personal gateway works, but is not good enough for our needs.

What can be done to fix this/ Is there anymore information required to fix this?
