Error while trying to connect. Details: "System.Boolean"

I'm trying to import data using an R script.

The script runs just fine in R.   It throws up no errors or warnings.

If I try to use it to upload a file, I get the following message.

Anyone know what's causing this?  I searched online for an hour but can't figure it out.

    Hi adgarza,

     

    Which R script do you run in the desktop then error throws out? Would you please share R script and details steps for us to test on our side?

     

    By the way, please try to update the Power BI desktop to the latest version 2.49.4831.521.
