Error while opening Power BI in Sharepoint

I'm trying to open some dashboards in //market research and am receiving the following error: "This workbook is larger than the file size limit set ny your Excel Online user license.  You need a Power BI for Office 365 subscription to open it."

I've tried calling the help desk and they do not have a solution for me.  In addition, I've contacted the administrators of this site and dashboards and they were also unable help.  Has anyone seen this error before and know the solution?
