This isn’t an account or credential issue; the access to the data model varies from one PC to another. I’ve verified that both the Excel account and license are correct, and I also checked the account through the “File -> Account” menu as suggested, but the issue persists only on certain devices.
Capito. Non saprei allora. Mi era capitato lo stesso problema ed era legato all account con cui si leggeva excel, per qualche motivo era come se leggesse l'utente di Windows e non l'account con cui ero loggato su excel, avevo risolto loggandomi dal menù file dove vedi anche la licenza.
Magari prova da quel PC usando excel su web loggandoti con quell account e vedi se in quel caso va altro non saprei consigliarti ciao
