Gabry response was clear and here is what I need to add. The account you are using must have “Generate” permissions to the Power BI semantic model or at least a “Participant” role in the Power BI workspace that contains the semantic model. You must have a Fabric license: Fabric (Free Edition), Pro Edition, or Premium Per User (PPU) Edition license. Also, as Gabry mentions, you need to make sure that the logins are consistent.
