    I got this tip from a colleague.  There is a field called 'FieldValuesAsText'.  Expanding that one allowed me to get the field I needed.

AnkitKukreja , I tried using that, but I'm not trying to connect to files.  I need to connect to a SPO list.  It may help to know that the field "Business Owner" is a people picker field configured to allow multiple selections.

      Ankit, I am using the ShaePoint Online list connector.
