Error in reading JIRA project data in Power BI

Hi,

I am trying to read JIRA project data using the JIRA content pack template for desktop but getting below error:

GetIssues: OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataFormat.Error] We found extra characters at the end of JSON input.

I am relatively new to Power BI, hence any next steps and suggestions will be very useful.
