Error in reading JIRA project data in Power BI

Hi,

I am trying to read JIRA project data using the JIRA content pack template for desktop but getting below error:

"GetIssues:

OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataFormat.Error] We found extra characters at the end of JSON input."

I am relatively new to Power BI, hence any next steps and suggestions will be very useful.

Hi @arindam23,

I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my side. In your scenario, please check below points: 

1. Make sure you are downloading JIRA content pack template here. 

2. Please make sure you are running the latest Power BI desktop version 2.51.4885.543.
