Error in maps in power bi in while seeing the countries can't able to see the maps

While adding city in power bi in maps visual nothings is happening and also map is not working well not able to show the city, country even bobule are present but the geographical area of maps is not shown this create huge problem while submitting the dashboard to client and map is the not working well solve this issue generally occurs in City showing time the whole geographical region got remove only the bubble is shown if you fill something in the bubble region otherwise nothing. @aQUER @ETL @query

Thank you @AmiraBedh for the prompt response.

If bubbles show but the map background is missing, check these:

In Format - Map settings, turn Map background = On.

Set correct Data Category for your fields (City, Country, etc.) or use Latitude/Longitude.

Ensure your network/firewall allows Bing Maps domains (*.virtualearth.net, *.bing.com).

In Power BI Service, verify Tenant settings - Map and Filled Map visuals are enabled.

This will restore the map background and show your cities correctly.

From your screenshots I see the bubbles are showing, but the map itself is missing. That usually happens because of settings or network restrictions. Can you please try the Troubleshooting steps which are addressed in my previous post.Hope it will help.

 see this you will understand this problem the easily only bubble is shown while adding city in location bar
