I have administrator access in Zendesk and I'm trying to connect it to Power BI, however, I get the following message:

I can successfully connect to Zendesk in Power BI Service and Power BI Desktop.
Could you please use Zendesk connector in Power BI Desktop to connect to your source and check if you get any errors?

thanks for your answer.
I tried to connect through Power BI Desktop and I was successful, however, in the Power BI Service the error persists. I'm going to use Power BI Desktop.
