The error "We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided" often occurs in Power Query when there is an issue with how the credentials are being authenticated or managed in your local environment. Continued ContributorThis was exactly the problem, we had to assign a free powerbi license, of which you have unlimited. Not quite sure how that works.
The last step was that i had to manualy clear the users credentials for that sheet , on his machine. That forced a login and solved the issue.
