Error Message with installing Click dimensions

Hi Lydia,

 

Thanks for getting back to me. I've tried downloading the PBIX File, unfortunately nothing is loading up. 

 

I have also tried using Power BI online to load up Click Dimensions, again i'm recieving the error below:

 

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Do you successfully download the PBIX file? Do you edit credential as shown in the above blog?
