Error 400 Bad Request when installing Personal Gateway

When installing the Personal Gateway on a Windows 2012 Server I get the following error:

 

The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.
 Request ID: 1d7029ff-a339-41fa-8e09-2f3080f2d8c2
 UTC Timestamp: 7/31/2015 6:18:52 PM
 Cluster: api.powerbi.com

 

Any ideas what the issues is?

    Hi Markt. I'm getting the same error when installing it on Windows 8.1. I can also not publish any reports...

      Found it! I was selecting Personal Account when entering my credentials and I should have selected Work or School. Hope this helps.

    Hi there,

    I have same issue today. I had to re-installt he gateway as different user is now used. Use on Pro Trial at the moment. I cannot find where do you select the Personal / Work / School account?
