Hello,
I am at a customer site and trying to configure the enterprise gateway for them and experiencing problems.
We have installed the gateway on the server and it shows up in power bi.
In power bi we have created a connection under the gateway for the sql database source and test connection works.
Now when we go to our dataset and schedule refresh, there is no option to choose anything but the personal gateway, the "Use a Data Gateway" option is greyed out.
I have tried to create the ticket but the power bi ticket center will not let me login to create a ticket. I am attaching screen shots and would appreciate any help I can get.

1. Did the dataset only have one data source which connects to that SQL Server database?
2. Verify Server name and Database name are the same as defined in the desktop.
3. Was this on-premise data gateway the neweast one? Please update it to the latest version.
