Enterprise Gateway load on-prem data preview

I use both personal gateway and an enterprise gateway for my PowerBI setup. I have a dataset that is loaded from an on-prem SQL database though personal gateway. In the settings for the dataset I can see that I can choose from using my personal gateway and my enterprise gateway (preview) and that both gateways are connected.

I was under the impression that data load from on-prem was Personal Gateway only, but if this feature is to come in Enterprise gateway as well, that is great news.

But I cannot find any documentation regarding this, even the link (preview) does not work. Do anyone know if the intention of this feature is to enable load from on-prem SQL? Is it suppose to work at this stage? Any documentation?

Currently the Enterprise Gateway only supports DirectQuery against SQL sources and SAP HANA as well as live connection to SSAS.

Thanks,

but the documentation now says:

"The gateway allows for the use of DirectQuery to an on-premises SQL Server or SAP HANA, as well as a live connection to Analysis Services. You can use a live connection to either a tabular or multidimensional model in Analysis Services. The enterprise gateway can also be used with scheduled refresh for data that you have imported into Power BI."

Also, in my original post I mentioned that there was a "preview"-link when selecting the enterprise gateway for updating data. This link is now gone, which might indicate that its general available? However, cannot find any announcements regarding this.

Has anyone got this to work? scheduled refresh of datasets through Enterprise gateway? -I just get one of those non-sense error messages.
