Embedded content in Dynamics 365 for Operations

Hi

We are using a Dynamics for Operations Sandbox instance (via FastTrack) that is hosted in Sydney, Australia, and trying to use the standard embedded Power BI analytics that come with it.

As we click on the menu items for this functionality, we constantly receive an error that "Power BI Embedded is not enabled."  When I check the status of Azure for this datacentre, it seems that Embedded Power BI is not enabled for this datacentre.

Is it likely that this is our problem, or is there some configuration that is required to enable this content?

We have successfully connected D365O to Power BI, and can access Power BI content that we create ourselves, in D365 for Operations, just not the standard embedded content.

Hi, we are wanting poer bi report out of GL. Eg. Budgets. Kpis and reports and drill thru to transactions.

Inboard Odata link has trouble with lots of lines.

What the trick to get data to power bi?

Hi @bscarth,

From this document and Azure status, the Power BI Embedded service isn't available in AUSTRALIA EAST and AUSTRALIA SOUTHEAST. So you are not able to standard embedded Power BI analytics.
