Thank you, Lydia! But I am not looking for subscriptions as they don't allow interaction with dashboard within the email.
Is there any suggestion or resource which can be used to possibliy build an O365 outlook addin to provide interactive dashboard or PBI report within the email?

As far as I know, there is no such addin or API that could achieve your requirement.
