Dynamics CRM connect to a federated account

Good afternoon I have the following question

A user have services in Office 365 and Dynamics CRM but authentication is through your local Federation of Active Directory and can not connect to the Dynamics Online to consume Dynamics data in Power BI dashboard.

There are some additional settings or steps to achieve this connection?

Thanks

What authentication methods have you tried?

  • Anonymous
  • Windows
  • Basic
  • Key
  • OAuth2

When you say "your local Federation" do you mean "their local Federation"?

My guess is that OAuth2 is going to be your most likely method of success.
