Display Name wrong in Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics User Activity

I have been using Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics to generate report for my managers for a period of time, and recently I've noticed that under user activity section, before in the Display Name section, it shows employee's name (ie. John Chen)

but I don't know what happen or when it happen, now it shows some werid id like the screen shot I take.  

Can someone help me fix this? I really need this to display correct name so that I can generate report to see who is not using it...
