Disconnected Data Source in Power BI Desktop

Hi,

Does  Power BI Desktop have feature for disconnected data source  ? So the scenario will be user does some syncronisizing procedure to download the delta type of data source and then when user want to access the Power BI contents in the next time, he/she doesn't have to connect to any network anymore .
