    Hi jalortega ,

    401 error usaually means autentication error, not related to your RLS.

     

    Based on your model, it is a multiple data sources reports and have limitations when configuring RLS for it which is by design in Power BI Desktop, please refer: Limited relationships 

     

    There are additional restrictions related to limited relationships:

    • The RELATED DAX function can't be used to retrieve the "one" side column values
    • Enforcing RLS has topology restrictions
