Hi NehaGoel_2203,
As mohit_sakhare mentioned, use the Microsoft Learn training path: Course PL-300T00-A: Design and manage analytics solutions using Power BI - Training | Microsoft Learn
Be sure you're familiar with what visualizations exist, when to use each one, and how to write some DAX and Power Query code.
The practice exams are great, but they have limited questions, so if you repeat them a lot you may start to just remember the answers to the questions rather than understanding the topic, so I recommend trying the practice exam, and if you don't get above 80% then go back to the learn modules and focus on the areas you need help with, don't try the practice exam again until you've studied more.
To prepare for the PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) exam, focus on mastering the four key areas: data preparation, data modeling, data visualization, and deployment & maintenance. Get comfortable with Power Query for cleaning and transforming data, and understand core DAX functions like CALCULATE, FILTER, SUMX, and basic time intelligence.
Practice building star schema models, creating relationships, and using slicers, drill-through, and bookmarks in reports. Also make sure you know how workspaces, sharing, Row-Level Security (RLS), gateways, and scheduled refresh work in Power BI Service.
Use Microsoft Learn’s PL-300 learning path and at least one practice test to get familiar with exam-style questions. Try to consistently score above 80% in mock tests before attempting the exam.
