DateTimeZone.UtcNow() Daylight-Standard Time

I created a custom column current datetime in est.   It is 1 hour ahead, of standard time.

How to I set the datetime in power query -1 hour back when standard time starts on November 5?

let
Source = DateTimeZone.UtcNow(),
#"Converted to Table" = #table(1, {{Source}}),
#"Renamed Columns" = Table.RenameColumns(#"Converted to Table",{{"Column1", "Last Refresh Date"}}),
#"Changed Type" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(#"Renamed Columns",{{"Last Refresh Date", type datetimezone}}),
#"Added Custom" = Table.AddColumn(#"Changed Type", "EST Current Date", each DateTimeZone.UtcNow()- #duration(0,4,0,0)),
#"Changed Type1" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(#"Added Custom",{{"EST Current Date", type datetimezone}})
in
#"Changed Type1"

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please try:

if Date.From([Last Refresh Date])>=#date(Date.Year([Last Refresh Date]),9,5) then DateTimeZone.UtcNow()-#duration(0,5,0,0) else DateTimeZone.UtcNow()-#duration(0,4,0,0)
