I made a Power Bi Report a while ago. Now I wanted to change the data and noticed by changing the source the data of the dataset stayed the same although the data is completly different (it has the same columnames and and structure but the content should change). I also noticed that the there is information missing from the original source.
Does anybody no what's causing this.
Hi @Anonymous
How and where did you change the data? Where did you notice that the data was not changing? And what is the data source? Did you connect to it using Import mode? If you connect to a data source with Import method, you need to refresh the dataset to bring data from the new data source into the report.
