Dataflow publish fails with only session ID and request ID - Across multiple organizations / users and devices

Dataflows using organizational authentication always fails on publish without error. This happens consistently across different Microsoft organizations / users / devices. Is the service simply down at the moment?

Everything seems fine, I can view the relevant data, transform it, set target tables... But always fails on publish and removes all my work. Happens both with publish and publish later.
