DataSource.Error: exceeded 100000 distinct who/what's (On Sales Force API)

Im getting this error on a API of Sales Force, but the team of Sales Force tells that is not a limitation on user.

 

There is some limitation on PBI?

Do you have system admin profile? The role is different to profile in Salesforce.
