DataGateway connection between Power BI Embebeed and Cpanel

Assuming your question has two parts:1. How to buy Power BI Embed premium capacity?
Embed premium is an azure offerring and you need Azure subscription and resource group to buy embed premium capacity. If you have an subscription and resource group then you can buy it from the azure portal. 2. How to establish connection between power bi and mysql datasource?
If you want to connect to Mysql source from Power BI desktop then you need to install MY SQL .NET conector in your machine and then you will be able to connect to MySQL source for power bi:
