“DataFormat.Error: Could not find installable ISAM” when trying to refresh data

Hi, I have following error message when trying to refresh data from a folder "DataFormat.Error: Could not find installable ISAM.", directly linked fiels I can still refresh. This was working before I had a PC crash and Windows was newly installed. For the other colleagues it is still working for doing same activity with same files.

I go now the hint that maybe the newly installed Windows client version from our company is maybe not compatible with the PowerBI, does someone know if the "installable ISAM" is a mandetory part or optional and can be disabled in some setting?

now all patches are installed and the Windows is working with the office2016 I have installed and the PowerBI refresh are also working again.
