Hi guys,
I want to upload my pbix file to AAS but there is obviously the size limit. Could you please advise what to do here?

@Boja,
Please check Josh's comments in this blog.
"The requests are timing out after 3 minutes. If your files are large or you are on a slow network, they may take longer to load. You could try removing most of the data to make the file smaller and hopefully quicker. Then you can always process the data back in after the model has been imported. We are looking at ways to extend the timeout."
In your scenario, you can reduce the size of PBIX file by creating a PBIT as suggested in this similar thread.
Regards,
Lydia
Thanks a lot, @Anonymous!
this is exactly what i needed and it worked well for me. Very much appreciated. ![]()
