It was due to my R code used in generating the source files. Files needed to be opened and resaved as Genral due to security.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please open the power query editor and navigate through the steps for each of the queries where there is an error. Most likely the file is not in the correct excel format. Please share screenshots of the error in power query.

Kind regards,

Rohit

Thank you for your response Rohit.

Here is the error i get under the power query editor

But when i tried refreshing each table under Report (Field) - they all refreshed fully.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Thanks for that. Could you click on the sheet 1 query and try refreshing in Power query like below :

I see that you've mentioned you have two sources of data from excel. Are all the ones showing errors from the same source?

Kind regards,

Rohit

Yes, all those with the error are from the same source (Excel file) and Sheet1 is another source (Excel File)

Okay thanks. Would it be possible for you to send across the issue excel file and the pbix? If not then could you send me the full filename of the excel with extension and your M-code from the advanced editor for one of the queries, say adminleave factor?
