Data missing when uploading from sharepoint to power query

i Have reacently trying to connect a sharepoint organizational file to a Power Query/BI Project, however when i upload to Query, it only reads/show 387 rows (the file has almost 12k rows). I have done addiotional tests, and if i download the file to my pc it shows all data, and if i download the file and upload to my personal sharepoint it also shows all data. Just when i connect from organization sharepoint is missing data. Any thought?
