Data is refreshed without any errors as shown below, but the report isn't updated
We have on-premise SQL server and we hosted our reports on PowerBI.com . Dataset is connected via gateway (we installed gateway on our SQL server) . Data is refreshed without any errors as shown below, but the report isn't updated. Data shown in the report is old. Any suggestions? thanks

could it be that the report has some report/page/export filters that exclude the new data?
if you're using the incremental refresh are all the parameters set up correctly?
